House Rules

1. Check-out time

Latest check-out time is 11.00 (11 AM)! There is a key drop next to the reception if you happen to leave earlier.

​

2. Smoke Outside

Smoking inside and near our entrance is forbidden, the same goes for e-cigarettes! You can smoke on the other side of the street.

 

3. Do Not Play With Fire

If you hear the fire alarm, leave your room immediately and head to the nearest fire exit! Please get familiar with our fire evacuation signs.

Note that the fire alarm is very sensitive. If you happen to set off the alarm you will be fined 15.000 kr!

4. Food and Drinks

Food and drinks are only allowed in the kitchen and dining area located in the basement. Alcohol is forbidden! If you have alcohol on hand you have to leave it by the reception, you can collect it at check-out.

5. Using The Kitchen

Cooking food on the stove and oven is allowed from 6.00 – 22.00  (6 AM – 10 PM)! You are free to be in the kitchen and dining area whenever you want to.

Write your name and departure day on stickers and put them on your items before putting them away.

6. Keep Clean

Whether it be in your room, bathroom or open areas you have to clean up after yourself. Throw trash only in the bins and make sure you leave the place as it was when you came.

Ask the reception for fresh bedlinen and towels if you need a refresh!

7. Respect Others

Respect other guests and your surroundings for everyone's comfort.

8. Security

Your safety is our highest priority! We have cameras on all floors and strong security processes.  

When friends are visiting you, they need to sign up at the reception.
